NEWS流行性乙型脑炎病毒抗体研究:PG电子的重组蛋白应用
来源:荆莎莲 日期:2025-03-25流行性乙型脑炎病毒(Japanese Encephalitis Virus/JEV),通常简称为乙脑病毒(JEV),是一种属于黄病毒家族的病毒,属于日本脑炎血清复合体的组成部分。该复合体由九种基因及抗原相关病毒组成,其中一些病毒在马体内引发的症状特别严重。同时,这一复合体中还包含四种已知会感染人类的病毒,包括西尼罗河病毒。此类包膜病毒与西尼罗河病毒及圣路易斯脑炎病毒的相关性较高,其正义单链RNA基因组被衣壳蛋白包裹,外包膜由包膜蛋白(E)构成,这一结构不仅是保护性抗原,同时也帮助病毒进入细胞。JEV的基因组还编码多个非结构蛋白,如NS1、NS2a、NS2b、NS3、NS4a、NS4b及NS5,其中,NS1以其分泌型特征著称,NS3被认为是解旋酶,而NS5则是病毒RNA聚合酶。研究发现,乙脑病毒感染后能够迅速在内质网腔内累积大量病毒蛋白。
